Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 17, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services provided by Frontline Prop, LLC (“Frontline,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, trading evaluation programs, and funded account programs.

By registering an account, purchasing an evaluation, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully.

Important Notice: Frontline Prop provides simulated trading evaluation programs and, upon passing, access to funded accounts using firm capital. Participation in our programs does not constitute an investment product, securities offering, or financial advisory service. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions subject to OFAC sanctions
  • Not be a person or entity on any government or regulatory sanctions list
  • Complete our identity verification process (KYC) to the satisfaction of Frontline

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access for any account that does not meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with any other person. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at info@frontlineprop.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Frontline account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent evaluation rules, exploit promotions, or for any other reason is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds.

3. Trading Evaluation Programs

3.1 Nature of Evaluations

Frontline offers trading evaluation programs (“Challenges”) in which participants trade in a simulated environment using virtual capital. Challenge performance is assessed against defined objectives to determine eligibility for a funded account. All Challenge trading is simulated — no real money is placed in the markets during the evaluation phase.

3.2 Evaluation Types

We currently offer the following evaluation structures:

  • Classic: A multi-phase evaluation with defined profit targets and risk parameters.
  • Rapid: An accelerated single-phase evaluation. Passing in as little as one (1) trading day is possible subject to meeting all objectives.
  • Instant: Immediate access to a funded-style account without a formal evaluation phase, subject to ongoing performance requirements.

Specific rules, profit targets, drawdown limits, time limits, and other parameters for each program are set forth on our website and may be updated from time to time. The rules in effect at the time of your purchase apply to your evaluation.

3.3 Evaluation Fees

Participation in a Challenge requires payment of a non-refundable evaluation fee. Fees are displayed at checkout and are subject to change. Promotional discount codes (e.g., “FREEDOM”) may be applied at checkout where valid. Fees are charged in USD. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds on evaluation fees once a Challenge has been activated.

3.4 Evaluation Rules and Objectives

You must comply with all applicable rules throughout your evaluation, including but not limited to:

  • Profit targets as specified for your program
  • Maximum daily drawdown limits
  • Maximum overall drawdown limits
  • Minimum trading day requirements (where applicable)
  • Prohibition on trading strategies that exploit platform latency, pricing errors, or otherwise circumvent the intent of the evaluation

Violation of any evaluation rule will result in immediate failure of the evaluation. Failed evaluations may be restarted upon payment of a new evaluation fee.

3.5 No Guarantee of Funding

Completion of an evaluation does not guarantee the issuance of a funded account. Frontline reserves the right to review all evaluation performance for compliance with these Terms prior to granting a funded account. We may decline to fund accounts where we have reasonable suspicion of rule violations, manipulation, or prohibited trading practices.

4. Funded Accounts

4.1 Funded Account Structure

Upon successfully completing an evaluation and satisfying all requirements, you will be granted access to a funded account using Frontline's capital (a “Funded Account”). Funded Account trading occurs in live or near-live market conditions. You trade as an independent contractor and are not an employee, partner, or agent of Frontline.

4.2 Funded Account Rules

Funded Accounts are subject to ongoing performance requirements and risk limits. Funded Account rules are published on our website and include, but are not limited to:

  • Maximum daily loss limits
  • Maximum total drawdown limits
  • Prohibition on holding positions through high-impact news events (where specified)
  • Prohibition on strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies, errors, or platform limitations
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing trading activity

Breach of any Funded Account rule may result in immediate account suspension or termination without compensation.

4.3 Account Scaling

Frontline may offer account scaling programs allowing funded traders to manage larger capital allocations based on consistent performance. Scaling eligibility, thresholds, and terms are published on our website and are subject to change at our discretion.

5. Profit Splits and Payouts

5.1 Profit Split

Funded Account traders are entitled to a share of net trading profits generated on their Funded Account (“Profit Split”). The applicable Profit Split percentage is disclosed at the time of evaluation purchase and on our website. Standard Profit Splits for Frontline programs are up to 80% for the trader.

5.2 Payout Requests

You may submit a payout request once you have accrued eligible profits in accordance with the minimum payout threshold and any applicable waiting period specified in your program terms. Payout requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on our website, which is typically within 1–7 business days of approval.

5.3 Payout Methods

Payouts are issued via the payment methods available on our platform, which may include bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other methods as we may offer from time to time. You are responsible for providing accurate and valid payout information. Frontline is not liable for payouts sent to incorrect accounts due to information you provided.

5.4 No Payout Denials Policy

Frontline does not deny payout requests for legitimate profits earned in compliance with all applicable program rules. However, we reserve the right to withhold, delay, or reduce payouts where: (a) the associated trading activity violated program rules or these Terms; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or prohibited conduct; (c) outstanding legal, compliance, or verification requirements apply to your account.

5.5 Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from your participation in Frontline programs and any payouts you receive. Frontline does not provide tax advice. Where required by law, Frontline may withhold taxes from payouts or report payment information to tax authorities.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using automated trading strategies, bots, or algorithms not explicitly permitted by your program rules
  • Copying trades from another account, trader, or third-party signal service in a manner that violates program rules
  • Coordinating with other traders to simultaneously exploit the same opportunities across multiple accounts (“group trading”)
  • Exploiting latency, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in our platform or data feeds
  • Holding positions through scheduled high-impact news events where prohibited by program rules
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access our source code or proprietary systems
  • Using our Services for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose
  • Providing false information during registration or identity verification
  • Attempting to circumvent evaluation rules through any means
  • Abusing refund policies, chargebacks, or promotional offers

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all virtual and funded account balances, and potential legal action.

7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

All evaluation fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the stated amount.

Evaluation fees are non-refundable once your evaluation has been activated. If you have paid for an evaluation but have not yet activated it, contact us within 24 hours to request a refund consideration. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, your account will be suspended pending resolution. Frivolous chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to our collections and legal teams.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Frontline platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, software, trade names, and evaluation program structures — is the proprietary property of Frontline Prop, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of our Services or content without our prior written consent.

9. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments involves a high degree of risk and is not suitable for all individuals. The following risks apply to participation in our programs:

  • Market Risk: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably, and significant losses can occur in short periods.
  • Leverage Risk: Trading on margin amplifies both gains and losses. Positions may be liquidated if drawdown limits are reached.
  • Evaluation Risk: There is no guarantee of passing an evaluation or receiving a funded account. Evaluation fees are non-refundable.
  • Technology Risk: Trading platforms may experience outages, latency, or data errors that could adversely affect your positions or evaluation performance. Frontline is not liable for losses attributable to third-party technology failures.
  • Regulatory Risk: The regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency trading is evolving. Changes in law or regulation may affect our ability to offer certain services in certain jurisdictions.

You should only participate in our programs with money you can afford to lose (for evaluation fees) and only trade with strategies and risk parameters you fully understand.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTLINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

We do not warrant that our Services will meet your requirements, that results from our Services will be accurate or reliable, or that defects in the Service will be corrected. Any content or information obtained through our Services is used at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRONTLINE PROP, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO FRONTLINE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontline Prop, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@frontlineprop.com. Upon account closure, any unused evaluation access will be forfeited without refund. Any eligible outstanding payout requests will be processed in the ordinary course.

13.2 Termination by Frontline

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination for cause (including rule violations or prohibited conduct), you forfeit any virtual balances, evaluation progress, and any unpaid profits attributable to the violating activity. Terminations for cause are not subject to appeal.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use our Services immediately revokes. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@frontlineprop.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chicago, Illinois, or remotely at your election. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Frontline agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the arbitration provision, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a revised “Last Updated” date and, for significant changes, notify registered users via email. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our Services and may request account closure. We will honor payout requests for eligible profits earned prior to the effective date of the revised Terms.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frontline regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
  • Waiver: Frontline's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or third-party failures.
