This Cookie Policy explains how Frontline Prop LLC (“Frontline Prop”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on frontlineprop.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “Site”). It should be read together with our Risk & Disclosure Statement.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site’s operators. Similar technologies — such as web beacons, pixels, software development kits, and browser storage mechanisms like localStorage and sessionStorage — can be used for the same purposes. In this policy we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies”.
How we use cookies
The Site is currently in a pre-launch phase. We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to load, route traffic, prevent abuse, and remember basic interface preferences (such as which pricing tab you have selected).
- Analytics cookies — help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it.
- Functional cookies — set when you submit your email to our waitlist or interact with forms, so we can send you updates and prevent duplicate sign-ups.
We do not currently use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or to build a behavioural profile of you across other websites. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

Other technologies we may use in the future
As we move from waitlist toward live operations, the Site may add the following categories of cookies and similar technologies. We will update this policy before any of these are deployed in production:
- Payment processing — cookies set by a regulated payment provider (for example, to detect fraud during checkout for evaluation purchases).
- Identity verification (KYC) — cookies set by a regulated identity-verification provider during KYC and proof-of-life checks.
- Customer support — cookies set by our help desk or chat provider when you contact us through the Site.
- Product analytics and session replay — cookies that help us understand how account holders use the Site (for example, where they get stuck during sign-up).
- Error monitoring — cookies set by an error-reporting provider so we can diagnose and fix issues quickly.

How to control cookies
You can control or delete cookies and similar technologies at any time using your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only certain cookies, delete cookies that have already been set, or clear local and session storage. Doing so may affect how the Site functions.
You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track, the Site does not currently respond to it. We do honour GPC signals where required by applicable law.
U.S. state privacy rights
Frontline Prop LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended). Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights regarding their personal information; to exercise those rights, please contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
